Maggie Rodrigues

    Maggie Rodrigues is a bilingual government relations specialist and dedicated community builder with years of experience in the non-profit sector. She is the Government Relations Lead with the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness, working to implement policy and government relations strategies in support of CAEH’s mission to end homelessness.

    Prior to joining CAEH, Maggie worked at Universities Canada, where she advanced federal government relations on behalf of Canada’s universities. Maggie also has supported the work of several Ottawa-based charities. For five years, she has tutored at Nunavut Sivuniksavut, a post-secondary program for Inuit students. She was also a long-time volunteer within the community of people with disabilities in Ottawa with Best Buddies and L’Arche. Recognizing a need in her community, Maggie developed a program to support students with disabilities transition out of high school, through the support of the Pathy Foundation Fellowship.

    Maggie holds a Master of Political Management from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa.
